5th IBBK Biogas Training in South Africa!

This three day event with two days of lectures, presentations and exercises as well as one full day of biogas plant visits is catered directly to the biogas scene in South Africa and Africa.

South African and German speakers enable the worldwide know-how transfer through lectures.

All lecturers are multi-year biogas experts with a lot of practical experience from the field.

1st NORTH AMERICAN ONLINE BIOGAS TRAINING

BIOGAS #HANDS ON

Location: ONLINE

This 5-day online training is dedicated to all biogas professionals in North America.

Long year international biogas experts will facilitate the worldwide know-how transfer through lectures, workshops and personalized Q&A sessions.

During this training, we’ll dive deep on:

  • Status quo and perspectives for biogas in North America compared to Europe
  • Engineering parameters
  • Biogas plant process control and optimization
  • Day to day biogas plant operation
  • Biogas desulphurization
  • What’s working now and is being developed in North America – presentation of different case studies

Training Start: 8 AM PST
Training End: ~11:30 AM PST

In addition to the presentations and workshops, we’ll take time for a Q&A day on day 5 (June 26th).

This 1st North American Online Biogas Training will be delivered ONLINE on ZOOM.

This 8-day training is IBBK‘s premium course. The many years of experience of the German biogas experts enable the worldwide transfer of know-how through lectures and interactive workshops.

Facilitated through our organizing partner, the State Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Bioenergy of the University of Hohenheim, this event bridges scientific research results with practical knowledge.

Due to travel and assembly restrictions cause by COVID -19 pandemic, we’ll conduct this event online via Zoom.
