terms and conditions
After receiving your complete registration, the invoice will be issued via email by IBBK Fachgruppe Biogas GmbH. Registration for an IBBK-event is legally binding. Each participant has to fill in his/her own registration form. You will receive the invoice by email, which is considered as confirmation.
The payment has to be done via bank transfer to the specified bank account after receiving the invoice. Participants will be debited with incurred bank charges. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment is mandatory for event attendance.
Cancellations have to be in written form. For cancellations until two weeks prior to the event, a handling fee of EUR 250 plus VAT will be charged. Cancellations after that will be charged with the full participation fee. In case of cancellations, even in case of illness we gladly accept a substitute participant.
If the event is cancelled
If the organiser cancels the event the full participation fee will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Not included are
The costs of travel and accommodation are not included in the participation fee. Participants are requested to organise and finance their costs themselves.
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference attendees. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for injury to participants or for damage to, or loss of their personal belongings, regardless of the cause.
We strongly advise you to make your own insurance agreements.
